The current build of Stardock Central is inappropriately showing that some people can "update" their DesktopX install to DesktopX Professional 3.1. Please untick that box if you are using the updates window. It's not going to harm anything if you don't (it'll say you've updated to DesktopX 3.1 Pro, but won't really download the files to do it, unless you have a registration for it), but I can see where it would cause some confusion. We'll get that fixed in the next SDC update. Unless...

Started last night with taping coverage of the State of the Union and followup commentary for The Political Machine team. Spent the early part of the day fighting with IconPackager over stripping out updating author info from icon packages. One of our server hard drives is trying to fail on us. RAID has helped with it so far, but library downloads are suspended while we make some additional snapshots of the current data set.
As of 10am Saturday (GMT-5), most everything should be back up and running. Anyone with existing Stardock Central accounts should have continued to be able to download components and updates over the course of the problems. Orders and the support page to send your serials from https://www.stardock.com/support are now back as well. There will be some catching up over the next couple of days, especially as its the weekend.
Our online store is under heavy load after OD2002 was demonstrated on TechTV. If it is unresponsive, please try your order again this weekend or early next week.
